Gin description

The most important botanical ingredient used during the distilling is the Tonka Bean. The tonka bean is the fruit of Dipteryx odorata, a tree from the Fabaceae family that occurs in the north of South America. The seed of this legume is black and wrinkled on the outside and brown inside. The tonka bean gives a taste tablet of vanilla, bitter almond, cinnamon and cloves and gives an almost hypnotic smell.
