Rollanderhof Gin

Gin description

The basis for this gin is a Riesling spirit. Burned from our 2015 Riesling from the premium location Saulheimer Hölle. In addition to the typical gin-botanicals such as juniper and coriander, our gin also tastes the spirit of the wine in itself. We picked up the fruity primary flavors of Riesling and our gin with hints of lemon, lime. Refined peach and apricot. The result is a wonderfully fresh gin with a restrained juniper bouquet.
