Bornholm Distillery - Bornholm gin

Gin description

With this gin we wanted to create a versatile and welcoming gin with greenish, fresh and fruity notes, using the more green and light bodied botanicals, without compromising our general juniper forwarded distillery profile. It is a London Dry Gin and is distilled with sea buckthorn from Ibsker together with gooseberries and lavender from Svaneke. We add coriander, licorice, lemon zest and juniper of course. In 2021 Bornholm gin received a silver diploma from the judges of World Spirits Trophy.
