In order to create it, the brand produced a special variation of its iconic Gin Sul, which has been aromatised with more citrous fruits than usual. After its creation, the brand put it in barrels, which had held port wine for 13 years, and aged it over the duration of one summer. Within the barrel, Gin Sul's aromas of juniper, fresh lemons and Mediterranean cistus were able to brilliantly merge with those of cherries, wood, clove and vanilla.
