Gin description

An excellent gin requires constant testing, a careful combination of flavours and choice of various home-grown botanicals, elements that Alessandro Palazzi, legendary manager of a famous London cocktail bar, helped to achieve with his experience. There are precisely nine Tuscan botanicals in Sabatini Gin: juniper, coriander, iris, fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, verbena and sage. The goal is to create a traditional London Dry Gin uniquely expressing the inimitable scent of Tuscany and its hillsides.
