Gin description
Steam distillation. Maceration of juniper berries and 14 other plants aromatic in a grain alcohol from the lands of France. Addition of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir eaux-de-vie from Burgundy. 3 months minimum rest in stainless steel vats. Hand-laid wax cap, blue color.
