Gin description
The German Extra Fine Gin is fired in the Ahlen in Münsterland and is one of the few whose alcohol is 100% produced in Germany. As a real Münsterlander, this gin is made up of juniper and ginger, as well as 10 other exquisite ingredients that go into the distillate. One of these ingredients is Porst, a very rare herb that we purchase from northern Germany. So if you want to try a sip of the clearest distillate with enchanting forest aromas, you'll love this gin. Nose: Coriander and angelica seeds stand next to the typical juniper note for the base in this distillate. These organic botanicals are a bit coarser, but are quickly picked up by lavender, rose petals and lemon. In the interplay, this composition gives a fresh and classic gin with the special of the Münsterland. Palate: Here, unlike the nose lavender, rose petals and the freshness of the lemon in the foreground. This gin offers a ramble through nature with all its facets a combination of forest and meadow. The idea of a walk through the meadow over the edge of the forest to the middle of the forest is tasted here with the tongue. The full flavor composition lingers long and remains in memory.
