Made from Australia’s first commercial crop of Yuzu! The Yuzu is a Japanese citrus - a cross between a mandarin, grapefruit and lemon. It has four times the Vitamin C of a lemon and very oily skin. Settlers Yuzu gin has wonderfully intoxicating aromatics and fresh, racey finishing acidity.
