No Marketing BlaBla: Ogma is made in elaborate, traditional handwork. Starting with the mashing of the medlar fruits for the main infusion: our multiple excellent medlar fires. The mash ferments for several weeks, until the desired alcohol is obtained and the fine aromas of the medlar are extracted. Besides the fire, we also use our homemade medlar wine. This exceptional, unsweetened fruit wine does not exist anywhere else and is used exclusively for the production of Ogma.
