1919 Distilling Gin

Gin description

Since 2017 we have been focused on refining an old tradition: In order to create something truly special we started by commissioning a custom-made still right here in New Zealand, This is important as the still is the lifeblood of a distillery therefore we couldn't settle for an off the shelf piece of equipment. From there we ventured into backyards and gardens that had been long forgotten, behind the trees and down the long dirt roads, we discovered essential elements of our Gin, Cherries, Manuka Honey, organic Lemons and Oranges. Our search didn't stop there we then ventured further afield in search of Juniper, Orris root and Cinnamon just to mention a few of our 9 hand-selected botanicals.
