Gin description

Silver has always been the noble metal that brought great prosperity to the Tyrolean towns of Schwaz and Sterzing. Silver was mined in large quantities in the surrounding mountains and it was families like the Fuggers who wrote European history with it. From this power attributed to our land came the idea of distilling a gin that was refined with silver leaf in addition to the classic aromatic spices (nutmeg, lavender, aniseed, gentian root, lemon peel, organgene peel, cinnamon sticks, cloves) and juniper, birdberries and cranberries in the macerate. Compared to PIZ47, it is somewhat lighter and more citrusy, but the distillation process is the same.
