Great Taste Award The judges enjoyed the lemon colour and fragrant nose. The nose has hints of Indian spices and a warmth that is very pleasant. The chillies are nicely integrated and the heat remains throughout the palate. We created this for Holker Hall's Chillifest, and it's made with locally grown chillies. If you are looking for a blow your head off chilli gin, this isn't it! If you want a smooth, heated tipple you've come to the right place. *Please note: This gin has a yellow hue. Chilli Fest is made using our traditional distilling method; then, we infuse it with fresh, locally grown chillies.
