Gin description

Our experiments in the Licker Mill have led to some pretty weird (some bad) but very unique vodkas and gins, which are becoming ever popular with our growing list of admirers. Our gin is created using 10 botanicals, to create a finely balanced, well rounded gin. We use Juniper, Coriander and Angelica, the 'holy trinity' of a gin, as our base, and add 7 botanicals to complement and enhance the flavours. In among these is Liquorice root, or licorice root for our American friends! This is also nice, as our name is Lickerish, and it's a nice play on words! Our drinks are artisan spirits, hand-crafted and tiny batch, each bottle finished with care. Each one is individual, from the secret mix wax for dipping, to the individually hand stamped "lucky" toad around it's neck.
