Steeplechase - Dessie Vanilla, Fig and Clementine Gin

Gin description

Inspired by the fan favourite and revered grey, Desert Orchid. With a front running style, Dessie achieved a 1989 Gold cup win, and four titles at Kempton’s winter classic, the King George VI chase. This gin has all the facets of a beautiful winter infusion. Carefully steeped with Juniper and Vanilla (inspired by the horse’s name being a spice that comes from the Orchid plant). We then distil the spirit with an exciting blend of 14 botanicals, with warming, winter botanicals of Cassia and Nutmeg to express the depth of this gin. Vapour infusing Fresh Clementine peel and Dried Fig to give both a sharp, citrus lift and a subtle yet lingering sweetness to the gin. A beautifully balanced dry gin, with a natural and creamy sweetness. Refreshing and warming in equal parts.
