Gin description

Our aim from the beginning was to be inspired by our surroundings, using local botanicals to create a gin that is completely unique and embodies the place where it originates. Ocean Sent Gin is a unique product using locally harvested seaweed. We wash and dry it before distilling in our small copper pot still together with other carefully selected botanicals The result is a London Dry gin with a surprising depth of flavour which also make a fabulous cocktail base.
