Gin description

Our aim from the beginning was to be inspired by our surroundings, using local botanicals to create a gin that is completely unique and embodies the place where it originates. Our artisan gin is made with 9 carefully selected botanicals. The nose is a hint of juniper with a subtle mix of spices and citrus. The initial palate is juniper, mixed spice, sweetness with a citrus tang and a refreshing hint of mint at the end. The finish is clean and fresh.
