A beautiful blend of botanicals gives our gin its smooth, sophisticated taste. The SIS4ERS DISTILLERY Signature Gin is a classic blend of botanicals including, Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Orris, Cassia, Liquorice, Almonds, Mastiche, Lemon & Orange, with also a hint of Blueberry. With savoury notes, it's smooth and warm, leaving a subtle citrus flavour on the palate. Its smoothness derives from the long-distillation and vapour infused botanicals. Our gin is distilled in our beautiful, 200L copper still: 'Frederica'. The still is a work of art, as is the process that goes into making the gin that comes from it. Distilling a no-nonsense gin isn't easy, but we accept nothing less than perfection, hand-making every batch with love. We are four sisters with a passion for creating beautiful gin. We share the same values, but crafting the gin brings out our different personalities. Born and bred in the heart of Salford, Manchester, there are no airs and graces to what we do, just the desire to create real gin for real people.
