Slamsey's Blackberry Gin

Gin description

In late summer and early autumn, we roam the hedgerows on the farm to pick the blackberries for our Blackberry Gin. All the blackberries used in Slamseys Blackberry Gin are wild blackberries, which gives our Blackberry Gin a depth of flavour. As the blackberries steep in the gin, the deep purple juices from the blackberries give this gin an unmistakable taste of autumn with a hint of spice. Drink Blackberry Gin neat or dilute with tonic water. Delicious on its own or accompanied by a chunk of Cheddar cheese and a Cox apple.
