Slamsey's Strawberry Gin

Gin description

In July we head for the strawberry fields to pick the ripest, juiciest strawberries that are gently infused in gin to produce a light, fruity Strawberry Gin. Drink Strawberry Gin neat over ice, add to a glass of sparkling wine or drink Strawberry Gin with tonic and a garnish of basil leaves. We like to add a little Strawberry Gin to liven up a fruit salad or dribble over ice cream.
