A traditional fruity Ryedale tipple that doffs its cap to our region’s damson growing heritage. Handpicked from local orchards, and a smidgen dryer than its sloe gin sister, it’s the perfect digestif, winter warmer or summer cocktail base. A Hedgerow Cocktail makes the perfect refreshing drink; 50ml Damson Gin topped up with sparkling elderflower, garnished with a squeeze of lime and a sprig of mint.
