Gin description

Our Classic Gin is produced to pay homage to a great Gin of yesteryear and that is Old Tom - made famous for such classic cocktails as Tom Collins and Gimlet. This Gin is a little sweeter. The aroma is coriander and lemon. The taste is orange/lemon to start, slowly fading to angelica then a smooth juniper flavour to finish. We use a rectification column on our still making the spirit wonderfully smooth before it is cooled through a condenser to create a silky elixir for your enjoyment.
