Solway Spirits Dry Gin

Gin description

Our Dry Gin is made in the style of a London Dry Gin, but with a subtle difference. The aroma is juniper and sweet citrus. The taste is a hit of juniper which mellows into a faint liquorice with a back tone of lemon, and with a dash of a good quality Tonic the flavours intensify. We use a rectification column on our still making the spirit wonderfully smooth before it is cooled through a condenser to create a silky elixir for your enjoyment.
