Gin description

Created using hedgerow foraged sloe berries steeped in sugar and leisurely infused with a quality Gin to deliver a Liqueur to linger over. We use a rectification column on our still making the spirit wonderfully smooth before it is cooled through a condenser to create a silky elixir for your enjoyment.
