Gin description

Balcombe is a small batch dry gin inspired by the flavours of our home on the Mornington Peninsula. In the same way our Garagiste Wines taste of where they are grown we have crafted Balcome to have a true sense of place. Containing botanicals unique to Balcombe like Kelp, foraged Samphire, Saltbush and Wild Fennel to give a true coastal flavour. We have also included Java Long Pepper, Blood Orange, Lemon Verbeena and Ginger for complexity.
