Gin description

Source spirits are so named for their demineralized spring water from Gensac-La-Pallue (common to our production site), in the heart of Spirit Valley in Charente. Our cellar master, Mickaël Bouilly, has an exceptional know-how in premium vodka creation since 1997. He always had in mind to combine this water of exceptional purity with a selection of great eaux-de-vie from French wheat. It tooks him 2 years to create this new jewel: a 100% French vodka with an exceptional purity. Source Vodka was born. But that was only the beginning of the adventure. In 2016, creating a gin to complete the Source range appeared like an evidence. It was essential to find the perfect alliance and crafting operate after many months of work. The harmonious blend gave birth to Source Gin, with the same soul as Source Vodka; where key words are purity, sweetness and freshness.
