South Sister Gin is a small batch craft gin that brings you a unique blend of an exceptional citrus forward base and handpicked juniper berries, desert sage and Ponderosa Pine pods indigenous to Central Oregon. We start with a Classic London Dry base, with attenuated citrus and spice, and mild earthy botanical notes. Our botanicals include handpicked juniper, handpicked desert sage, handpicked ponderosa pine pods, coriander, orris root, angelica root, cardamom, liquorice root, grains of paradise and citrus peel. We blend with this base our pristine mountain spring water, bringing you a delicious gin that is exceptionally well-rounded. From the first sip to the clean and fresh botanical finish, your palate will explore all that the high desert has to offer. Sage gives a garden fresh bouquet with a hint of citrus; the pine pod’s sugary sap water creates a unique and intense pine flavor with a sweet citrusy aftertaste. The slight golden hue is the result of these all-natural ingredients sourced from Central Oregon’s high desert.
