Gin description

Fermented from a base of wheat and rye from the lands of Isle-aux-Coudres, the must is then double distilled. The infusion of entirely local botanicals begins during the third distillation in which the Charlevoix essence is imbued with it. The woody and lemony notes are harmonized thanks to the saline aromas coming from the filtration with the salicornia. Long in the mouth, it ends with a peppery and floral touch worthy of the freshness of the breeze.
