Spy Hop Distilled Gin Elderflower

Gin description

We distill Spy Hop Gin with San Juan Island botanicals: wild roses, blackberries, lavender, Madrone bark and Douglas fir. To this very local run in our small copper alembic pot still, we add elderflower blossoms gathered just as they bloom. This amps up the floral qualities of our delicious gin – you won’t need to add St. Germain to cocktails that you make with this gin!
