Gin description

Our Square Peg Scottish Craft Gin, we’ve set out to create a vibrant and unforgettable gin. We have gone for a dry citrus style, with a little bit of a sweet and herbal character. Using botanicals such as lemon peel, orange peel, liquorice, orris root, coriander seeds…our gin is a refreshing take on a classic dry gin style. The nose is fresh, with green herbs, lemon curd and hazelnut praline. Taste: lemon sorbet, white chocolate, herbal. Dry and citrussy finish.
