Gin description

Classic, traditional, subtle ... Osmoz Classic is the creation par excellence of Laurent Vallet. Made from grapes such as the very first gin-based spirits, this gin fits perfectly into the family tradition. The juniper is in the spotlight, while being supported by a pleasant aromatic sweetness, combining very subtly freshness and complexity. This gin can be drank on ice or lying down. On the nose, Osmoz Classic is very traditional, the typicality of the note juniper is very expressive, while delicacy. A vegetable tip brought by the coriander brings freshness. Delicate balsamic and resinous aromas evoke the fir bud. Very complex, this gin evolves towards fruity notes of citrus, or even slightly orange fresh apricots. The finish ends with notes of fresh undergrowth and spices (cloves, saffron, nutmeg). In the mouth, the attack remains subtle. The juniper, well present, evolves towards the freshness of coriander and cucumber. Of a rather light structure, this gin fills the palate with fine aromas of fruit, citrus and spices. The long finish evolves towards the lemony side (lime) with a hint of bitterness quite fresh.
