From the vegetation of the boreal undergrowth, our Blue gin evokes the harshness of the northern climate which the first arrivals were confronted with. After being seized by the power of dune pepper, a minty freshness slowly seeps in. It is by unifying it with a touch of acid that it reveals itself in its most beautiful interbreeding.
