Gin description
As with the London Dry citrus form the basis of the Strange Donkey Winter Gin. For our wintergin, we work primarily with the Japanese citrus Yuzu. We also provide some surprising keys by using the Japanese cherry blossoms, Sansho pepper and tea. Thanks to the pepper we create a warmer finish, while the gin still keeps its fresh taste.
