Gin description
The Hibiscus Gin is Jorgensen's classic gin recipe with the botanicals toned down by 15%. After making the gin, it is infused with dried hibiscus flowers for 24 hours. The hibiscus on its own (as in a tea) is both fruity and astringent and both of these qualities, as well as the pretty pink colour, show in the gin. The hibiscus gin works best in a classic G&T where the sweetness of the tonic balances the astringency of the flower or in a pink martini.
