Sutors Gin is a uniquely hand foraged seed to spirit gin combining the agricultural heritage of the highlands and botanicals from the seaside and mountains including Sea Buckthorn. The gin is brought to the optimal strength using filtered highland water. The finished gin is sweet and creamy with cereal notes. Opening up to flavours of rosemary, aniseed and a cucumber freshness. Leading to big citrus with a long peppery finish with hints of menthol. We make gin from our own spirit. We do not buy in spirit, flavour and bottle. We distil our own spirit from local grain that has been malted to the highest standards. We treat our underlying spirit with the same care and attention as our botanicals.
