A superbly crafted copper pot distilled gin made with fresh English Raspberries and then macerated with more English Raspberries! The crispness of a well crafted gin is interwoven with the slight sweetness and perfumed lilac notes of fresh raspberries. A lovely aperitif at any time of year.
