The Blackbird's Gin comes from a double distillation that begins in Copper Pot Still followed by a second rectification distillation on a completely copper tray column as well. The Gin includes a natural and flowery aromatic bouquet composed of Juniper berries, bergamot, lemon peel, cardamom, lavender, angelica and of course the Genuine Wépion strawberry!
