Gin description
Batch 8 is a combination of a clean light spirit made up of our base blend with cinnamon which has been combined with an oilier spirit which has spent 8 weeks in a 100L Juniper Cask. Mixes really well with tonic but is also a great sipping spirit. Botanicals include Juniper Berries, Angelica Root, Cardamon Seed, Aniseed, Orange Peel, Lime Peel, Coriander Seeds, Meadowsweet and Pine Needles.
