Gin description

Batch 9 is a long slow distillation of our base blend which has been combined with a large quantity of single distillations of lemon peel and black peppercorns. Mixes very well with tonic; citrus driven gin with a spicy finish. Botanicals include Juniper Berries, Angelica Root, Cardamon Seed, Aniseed, Orange Peel, Lime Peel, Lemon Peel, Black Peppercorns, Coriander Seeds, Meadowsweet and Pine Needles.
