With our family histories steeped in maritime service and seamanship we continue to pay homage to the spice traders with this new addition to The West Winds dock which will be released on World Maritime Day (September 24th 2015) The flavours venture deep into spice and perfectly compliments the other West Winds expressions. At 63% ABV, The Captains Cut which was made for our feared leader, Paul "The Captain" White. The Captains Cut is a style that will sit proudly amongst the sea of gins that populate the back bars and retail shelves of this wide brown land. Not to be trifled with, the lands strongest gin stands up in a dirty martini, a crew favourite called The Last Word or a G&T with a slice of pink grapefruit and crushed fennel seeds or lemon peel with cracked pepper finish. This is an extremely limited release so get in before the ship has sailed.
