Three Wrens Gin - Bison Grass Edition

Gin description

Launched in 2020, Three Wrens' Bison Grass Edition is distilled with 13 botanicals in a 50L copper still with the bison grass being vapour infused in the process. After the distillation the gin is further infused with the bison grass (Hierochloe Odorata), all of which is grown at the distillery.
