Gin description

Our Speck Gin is an ode to the South Tyrolean tradition, the love for the craft and the attachment to our homeland. For many hundreds of years, knowledge and passion for bacon production have been passed down from one generation to the next. This is also the case with the South Tyrolean butchery Steiner, which supports us in the production of this London Dry Gin. The juniper berries are smoked together with the bacon in the smokehouse. This process gives the berries a unique peat note and allows the flavors of the bacon to pass gently into the gin.
