Gin description

Fieldfare, French Litorne, is the name of a very fond thrush in Juniper berries. When there is no bay it feeds ground hopping into the fields in search of insects, hence its English name Fieldfare meaning "wanderer through the fields". We were greedy in choosing our juniper berries. You find notes of coriander, fennel, angelica, mint, lemon balm, violet and impératoire from our walks. And coming from much more distant walks let yourself be carried away by hibiscus notes, cinnamon, cardamom and citrus.
