Thursday Gin was created and developed in the quiet and humble Aldeia de Alagoa municipality of Portalegre. It was born to be savored and toasted by a group of friends who every 15 days get together to snack, unwind and have a drink as a family! Distilled in small quantities in traditional stills, 200 bottles are produced per batch, to guarantee a superior quality. Made with 9 botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Licorice Root, Lemon Shavings, Cardamom, Fennel Seeds, Laurel, Erva Príncipe and Aniseed seeds.
