Green Mixology Organic London Dry Gin condenses all the aromas and flavors that give us identity. It contains all our soul. All our values It all starts with a long cycle wheat, a primitive species of organic farming that after five redistillations gives us a solid base with which to make our gin. From our garden come the aromas, botanicals and citrus fruits that we peel by hand just before entering the still, we already do a maceration at several graduations and a later slow distillation in copper still. It is stored three months in steel tanks before being bottled.
