Can we capture the essence of the Alps and distill it into a gin? Accompanied by this question, we continued hiking through the mountains of the Ticino. The answer is in our TiGinEau. Together with selected wild herbs: yarrow, larch branches, wild mountain thyme and juniper from the Ticino mountains. Collected by hand and distilled to this essence in small batches. We bottle this gin unfiltered so that you can enjoy the full range of essential oils. Quite unfiltered. This is why the TiGinEau can easily be cloudy or become cloudy again when it is cooled. A quality feature that stands for a high content of essential oils and thus for a lot of taste.
