Tilted Cedars Gin gets its name from a row of Red Cedar Juniper trees on the property. Five trees tilt significantly to the east, possibly wishing to connect with Europe where Gin and its predecessor Jenever were first created. Tilted Cedars Gin is distilled from grain neutral spirits using a blend of the Red Cedar Juniper and Common Juniper. The Red Cedar Juniper imparts a flavor directly from the land on which it is made.
