Gin description

Tokyo Night Gin is distilled from sugarcane molasses. It is made to a secret recipe using a number of mainly local botanicals, such as zuyu bark and matcha powder, sourced from independent farmers. Other ingredients include juniper berries, coriander seeds and licorice root. The botanicals are macerated for 24 hours. This handcrafted gin can be served directly with tonic water or mixed with your favorite cocktails!
