Gin description

The taste is Tranquebar Gin a classic Colonial Gin, with a warm full-bodied, soft spicy flavor of juniper, cardamom and cinnamon with a fresh breath of Orange and Citrus. The recipe also remains the same, and consists besides the classic Gin herbs Juniper, Coriander, Orange peel, Lemon peel and Angelikarod also of the more exotic such as cardamom, cinnamon and nutmeg Darjeeling tea, all from the East Indies. Our "Master Distiller" Michael Schultz, distill and bottle Tranquebar Gin in small batches, with individual bottle number and vintage indication.
