Gin description

This is my first Gin: twelve botanicals are needed to make it. The base being the juniper, to obtain the mention GIN. Then the cilantro and angelica. The other so-called secondary botanicals give this Gin subtle notes of rose flower and exotic fruits on the nose, but above all an aromatic power in the mouth, all in length. The distillation takes a whole day, but the botanicals must first have been macerated in neutral alcohol for several days. Then come the cutting stages, to separate the heads and tails to keep only the heart, the best of the toast. Finally, bottling and labeling, everything being done by hand, on site.
