Descending from the fruits of the early settlers over 190 years ago, the wild bush lemons on Lord Howe Island are packed full of citrus flavour that refreshes the palette. More aromatic than the traditional lemons, the wild bush lemon is perfectly paired with hibiscus to elevate the subtle aroma. This signature gin has been honoured multiple times with internationally recognised awards over four years due to its use of island botanicals and creamy mouth feel. Having been directly quoted by judges at the Australian Distilled Spirit Awards as having a "respectful and understanding use of botanicals with bright and intense citrus, juniper and spice", this is a bottle not to be missed!
